Why anyone can recover from Anxiety and Panic Attacks?

Everyone has the same physiology

The reason you are experiencing Anxiety and panic attacks is because you are in the fight or flight or freeze mode too much

You are sending a constant signal to the brain that you are in danger even though you are not

You can retrain this part of you once you understand the mechanics of how you trigger this

You have to change your response to how you feel, you have to change how you act and behave and the brain will follow this and relearn

In time the nervous system understands what is danger and what is not and then the symptoms go away as a consequence
